SimpleBiz Analytics ("the Service") is a read-only analytics and business-management dashboard for small businesses. It reads data from a business's point-of-sale system (starting with Clover) and does not replace it as the system of record for taking orders or processing payments.
You must create an account to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
When you connect Clover (or another supported POS provider), you authorize the Service to read your business data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or directly from your Clover account.
The Service is offered on subscription plans described on the Billing page of your dashboard. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to attempt to access another business's data, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
The Service is provided "as is." Reporting and analytics are derived from data pulled from your POS provider and are provided for informational purposes — they don't constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleBiz Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
